GAIL's Bread is searching for a Head Baker in England who loves freshly baked goods and thrives in a team environment. You'll be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional quality bread and cakes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Early starts are common, typically around 5:30am – 6:30am.
