We are looking to build a talent pool of Manufacturing Operators to support our operations team, reporting to the Manufacturing Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of a range of manufacturing processing equipment, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

The shift pattern for this role operates on a rotating 4 days on, 4 days off schedule, comprising 2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts.

• Responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of a range of manufacturing processing equipment.
• Always adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain high standards of quality at all times.
• Exercise good manufacturing practices and disciplines.
• Always follow documented procedures.
• Communicate effectively on the status of equipment and materials.
• Always adhere to clean room disciplines.

• Ability to undertake shift work (preferably with previous experience).
• Willing to work in a clean room environment and wear protective clothing and masks.
• Ability to adhere to all Health & Safety procedures.
• High level of accuracy, quality of work and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new skills and work under pressure to achieve manufacturing Key Performance Indicators.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures accurately.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player and able to demonstrate flexibility towards team goals.
• IT skills.

• Experience working within a regulated light manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in a cleanroom environment.
• Previous experience working within the electronic manufacturing industry.
