This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNC Punch Press Operators , CNC Operators , Punch Press Operators , Sheet Metal Operators , and CNC Machine Operators looking to join a growing manufacturer offering excellent pay, overtime, bonus opportunities, and genuine long-term career progression.

Genuine career progression within a growing business. Key Duties Operate CNC punch press machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components. Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Set and adjust machine parameters as required. Carry out quality inspections to ensure components meet specification.
Work to production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times. Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Requirements Proven experience operating CNC punch press machinery. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Comfortable working permanent late shifts. Working Hours & Pay £17.47 per hour. Monday to Friday. 3pm-11pm . Overtime opportunities available. Performance-related bonus scheme. Interested?
