Full Time - 37.5 hours / split shifts 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00

• , Lead, support, and develop a team of Manufacturing Operators to achieve daily production and performance targets.
• , Drive performance in line with key business metrics including Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People.
• , Promote a zero-accident culture by proactively identifying safety hazards and ensuring company policies are followed.
• , Ensure high standards of quality are achieved in line with Medical Device Standards and Good Manufacturing Practice.
• , Support labour planning, monitor sickness and holiday cover, and help ensure production plans are delivered efficiently.
• , Work closely with Production, Quality, R&D, and planning teams to provide clear and accurate communication across shifts.
• , Identify opportunities to reduce waste, lower costs, and improve Right First Time performance and batch record completion.

• , Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally with experience supervising or leading a team.
• , Good understanding of Health and Safety procedures within a production or manufacturing setting.
• , Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice and the ability to work to high quality standards.
• , Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

• , Previous experience within a manufacturing environment

• , Able to supervise or lead a team within a manufacturing setting

• , Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice and capable of working to high quality standards
• , Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• , Strong attention to detail
• , Computer literate and flexible, able to work effectively within a team-focused environment

• , Experience of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement techniques
• , Previous experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment
