THG Manufacturing, part of THG Nutrition, is seeking a Production Supervisor for Brighter Foods in Tywyn, Wales. You will lead Production and Technical Operatives to ensure safe, efficient operations and uphold high quality and hygiene standards.
Shifts are 4 on 4 off, days 6am–6pm. You will drive performance, coach teams, and support continuous improvement across the end-to-end supply chain.
