Matchtech is seeking a Senior Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations, drive NPI, and implement process improvements across production lines. You will review drawings, lead PFMEA and waste reduction efforts, and mentor engineers and production staff to deliver robust manufacturing solutions.
Key tasks include developing processes, tooling and fixtures, collaborating with planning, quality and operations, and ensuring manufacturability through DFMA and DFM practices.
