Premier Work Support is seeking a proactive Site Manager for our manufacturing facility in Medway. You will take full responsibility for daily operations, drive production targets, and lead a multi-shift team to deliver safety, quality and on-time customer service.
The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehousing, a valid UK FLT Counterbalance Licence, and a hands-on leadership style. Overtime may be required.
