Holcim UK is seeking a General Operative at the Lee Moor site in Plymouth. This permanent, full-time role runs Mon-Fri, 06:30–16:30, offering hands-on experience with fixed plant operations and mobile equipment, including loading shovels and rigid dump trucks.
You’ll join a supportive team where safety, quality and continuous improvement are central to daily operations. We value practical problem-solving, reliability and teamwork.
