Myton Food Group, part of Morrisons, is seeking a Line Leader for our Production team. You’ll oversee a defined area, drive standards, provide tools and training to colleagues, and ensure key working practices and site processes are followed.
You will listen to colleagues, act to solve issues, and implement improvements to speed up and simplify the way we work. This role supports and liaises with other teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
