Machine Operator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Moulding Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in the Plymouth area. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous machine operating or manufacturing experience who is looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday position.

The Role As a Moulding Operator, your responsibilities will include:
Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery Loading and unloading materials and components Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards Following production processes and health & safety procedures Reporting any machine issues or quality concerns Maintaining a clean and organised working area Working as part of a team to meet production targets About You The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic The ability to follow instructions and work to set processes Good reliability and attendance A willingness to learn and develop within the role Your own transport is essential due to the location and shift times What's on Offer? £14.05 per hour Monday to Friday working pattern 2:00pm 10:00pm shift Ongoing work with potential for a permanent opportunity Full training provided where required Friendly and supportive working environment If you have previous machine operating experience and are looking for a reliable weekday role, we'd love to hear from you!
