TAIT is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Element Lead to technically guide projects from the shop floor to meet safety, quality and schedule goals. You will coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Quality and other functions to ensure right-first-time delivery and efficient workflow.
The role is hands-on, requiring interpretation of drawings, planning, and proactive issue escalation while leading teams by influence; a background in fabrication and strong communication are essential.
