Manufacturing Technician Plymouth, UK Salary £30,950.40 per annum
The role:
AIS is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Plymouth, assisting in the manufacture and supply of buoyancy and fendering products for the subsea and marine industries.
- Carry out day to day production
- Maintain tools and equipment, including cleaning and safe storage
- Carry out regular quality checks on produced products and recording findings
- Assist other parts of production when needed
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping, taking pride in your working areas.
- This role will involve working in multiple areas of production depending on where the business need is.
- Competent in using production machinery and equipment
- Able to pay strong attention to detail
- Experienced working within a manufacturing / production environment
- Capable of following precise written instructions, specifications, and drawings
- Able to create/keep effective written records
- Comfortable working alone on own initiative as well as being a strong team player.
- Must be able to work day shifts 6am - 4.30pm and night shifts 8pm - 6am (40 hours per week).
- Salary of £30,950.40 per annum
