CRM Executive

We are excited to be working with a well-known UK retail business who are looking for a CRM Executive to join their growing digital team.

• Manage and execute email and SMS campaigns end-to-end, including campaign scheduling and sending.
• Build and test compelling email and SMS communications using the CRM platform.
• Develop and maintain targeted customer segments to maximise campaign relevance and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Monitor campaign performance and user engagement, running continuous A/B tests to optimise open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and automated flows.
• Analyse data to optimise automated customer journeys and flows, ensuring they are relevant and drive revenue.
• Collaborate closely with the Group CRM Manager to support wider CRM strategy, including email, SMS, and push notification channels.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, timing, and messaging.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices, new technologies, and compliance standards (including GDPR) for CRM communications.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CRM/Email Marketing
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with accountability for delivering campaigns on time
• Ability to analyse and adapt marketing activity based on sales results
• Be confident and precise in communicating verbally and through email with team members, other departments and other key stakeholders
