Kepak Group in the UK invites high-potential graduates to join the 2027 Category and Customer Marketing Graduate Programme at our Kirkham site, home to Rustlers. The two-year rotational scheme develops Category and Marketing leaders through hands-on projects and mentorship, with placements across UK and Ireland.
Starting 6 September 2027, you will rotate through brands, gain insights into customer relationships, and build data-driven marketing skills that equip you for a future role within Kepak.
