Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) looking for flexible work in Plymouth? We are recruiting experienced nurses to support a facility providing care for adults with complex mental health conditions, personality disorders, and forensic histories within secure and rehabilitation settings.

About the Role:

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be working in a specialist recovery-focused environment, supporting individuals with complex needs, including those requiring low and medium secure care.

Your role will involve delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes safety, well-being, and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to implement recovery-focused care plans
Support patients in achieving personal goals and independence
Administer medication and monitor patient progress
Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment in line with safeguarding and risk management protocols
Requirements:

NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD
Experience in secure mental health, forensic, or rehabilitation settings
A compassionate, patient-focused approach
Strong communication and risk management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid PMVA training (if training not held, can be provided)
Valid ILS training (if training not held, can be provided)
Right to work in the UK, without the need for sp0ns0rship
