We are recruiting a VIP Yacht Nurse to provide dedicated, 1:1 clinical management for an 80-year-old VIP. This position offers the rare chance to apply critical care skills in a bespoke private setting while cruising the most exclusive waters of the Mediterranean.
The MissionYour primary responsibility is the continuous medical monitoring and total advocacy of a single VIP patient. As the vessel navigates a premier summer itinerary—including St. Tropez, Sardinia, and the Aegean Sea
—you will ensure the highest standard of clinical excellence is maintained, whether docked in Monaco or cruising the coastline of Mallorca
.
You will operate within a sophisticated, multi-disciplinary medical ecosystem designed for 24/7 care:
- Lead British Doctor: Providing direct clinical governance and medical strategy.
- Specialist Physiotherapists: Working on-site to optimize the patient’s physical health and mobility.
- Expert Nursing Team: A collaborative group of Western-trained peers dedicated to a seamless standard of care.
To maintain peak vigilance and ensure staff longevity, the medical department utilizes a strict Double-Nurse Shift System
. This ensures you always have immediate professional support for clinical tasks and guarantees structured rest periods, ensuring you remain at your clinical best.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western-standard university.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E) is essential.
- Language: Native-level or C1 English proficiency.
- Attributes: Absolute discretion, clinical autonomy, and a professional presence suited to the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) sector.
- Salary: £60,000 per annum (
