We are seeking a mission-driven Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care Department at the Harbor Community Health Center - Plymouth.

Role:
The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive care including routine health maintenance, management of chronic and acute conditions, tailored to the patient population. The position is full-time, potentially including evening shifts (until 8 PM) and Saturday rotations (8 AM - Noon) depending on clinic needs.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program in Family Practice
- Current MA NP License, Board Certification, DEA, MCSR, and BLS certification
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with EMR systems (EPIC/OCHIN preferred)
- 2-5 years of NP experience; bilingual skills in Portuguese or Spanish are a plus
- Experience with community health center populations is preferred
