Change Grow Live in the UK is seeking a Dual Diagnosis Nurse to support people with complex substance use and co‑morbid physical and mental health needs, within multidisciplinary teams.
You will undertake physical and mental health assessments, contribute to detoxification planning, provide education and harm reduction, manage caseloads and ensure safe, person‑centred pathways across community and inpatient settings.
