Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead clinical governance and drive quality of care across nine care homes in the South Midlands and Oxfordshire areas. You will analyse governance data, benchmark KPIs, and translate findings into practical improvements.
As a senior nurse, you will mentor staff, organise training, and support recruitment of senior clinical roles. Regular travel is essential to support multiple sites and ensure consistent standards of care.
