Hounslow Family Practice is seeking an experienced autonomous Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team for two days each week (Mondays and Thursdays). You will provide a complete episode of care, assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe and refer across acute, minor illness and long-term condition presentations, both in surgery and on home visits.
