East Coast Community Healthcare CIC is seeking a Registered Community Nurse to deliver patient-centred care within the community in Lowestoft. You will work autonomously, manage a diverse caseload and contribute to ongoing training and governance.
Key duties include holistic assessments, wound care, catheterisation, medication administration and supporting independence through health coaching. Applicants must be NMC registered and have a reputable nursing degree.
