Cuckoo Lane Practice in Hanwell (W7) invites an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our nurse-led, community-focused general practice. You will deliver high-quality care, lead on modernising patient pathways, and support autonomous clinical decision-making within a multidisciplinary team.
Applicants must hold NMC registration, an MSc in Advanced Practice (or equivalent), and be an Independent Prescriber with primary care experience.
