South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Specialist Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist based at Whitnash Lodge, Leamington Spa. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours, across a 7-day rota, working with the MDT to deliver expert palliative care in the community.
You will lead nursing contributions, manage a caseload, develop care pathways, and provide education and clinical leadership. This post requires substantial palliative care experience and autonomous practice.
