Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) £22.26 per hour | Day Shifts | 33.75 Hours per Week

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) looking for your next opportunity within a supportive nursing home environment?

Our client is seeking a motivated Staff Nurse to join their experienced team within a purpose-built care home providing high-quality nursing care, dementia care, and support for older adults with complex physical and mental health needs, including Alzheimer's disease.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and making a genuine difference to residents' lives.

Please note that this role DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship

What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) – essential
  • Active NMC registration or awaiting NMC PIN
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Compassionate and person-centred approach to care
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
  • Complete physical and psychological assessments for new admissions
  • Develop, review, and update individualised care plans
  • Administer and record medication safely and accurately
  • Monitor residents' health, wellbeing, and changing clinical needs
  • Support and supervise care staff to ensure high standards of care
  • Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies
  • Assist with rota management and team organisation
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
  • Promote dignity, independence, privacy, and respect at all times
