Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their R&D team in Plymouth. This role will oversee the implementation of quality management standards, ensuring high-quality product delivery while promoting a strong quality culture. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and at least two years of experience in the food industry, alongside a robust understanding of quality systems like HACCP and FSSC 22000.
The position includes managing internal audits, complaint investigations, and CAPA processes, while actively engaging and coaching team members to uphold quality and food safety standards.
