Roles & Responsibilities
* Responsible for supporting administration within Quality team.
* Data entry, retrieval, database maintenance of the documented quality management system (QMS).
* Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
* Compiling reports, (monthly KPI performance). Maintain, monitor and report Quality performance data to the Quality Manager on a monthly basis.
* Report supplier quality performances to the relevant stakeholder.
* Process internal quality data and create reports for relevant stakeholders.
* Work closely and professionally while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
* To support with shopfloor inspection audits to ensure compliance of the QMS system.
* Process internal quality data and create reports for relevant stakeholders.
* Coordinate tooling and calibration registers.
* Coordinate the internal NCR database including resolution of faults with non-conformance owners.## Requirements
* Experience with in a quality role preferred, but not essential.
* A manufacturing, technical or industrial background – preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of ISO
9001, ISO
14001 & ISO
45001 – preferred but not essential.## Desirable
* IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations and spreadsheets Proficient in Excel and Word.
* Possesses strong analytical skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communications skills.
* Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively.
* Able to work within a small team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
* Excellent attention to detail.
