Job Description We're looking for a Quality Compliance Technician / Coordinator to join our Quality Compliance team and help ensure that everything we deliver meets the exacting standards expected by our aerospace and defence customers. This is a varied role supporting product release, First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and quality documentation, while working closely with teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, the Standards Room and Customer Services.
You'll play an important role in ensuring that quality records are accurate, documentation is completed to the required standards and customer, audit and product release deadlines are met. We're open to applicants at the start of their career as well as experienced quality professionals. The level of responsibility and salary will be matched to the skills and experience you bring.

Key Responsibilities Carry out product release checks to ensure products and supporting documentation meet customer and internal requirements. Prepare, review and maintain First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) packs in line with AS9102 requirements. Maintain accurate and controlled quality records and documentation. Coordinate information and documentation across Manufacturing, Engineering, the Standards Room and Customer Services. Support the timely completion of customer, audit and product release requirements.
Review documentation for accuracy, completeness and compliance with applicable quality standards. Identify discrepancies, missing information or potential issues and ensure these are appropriately followed up and escalated. Support the Quality Compliance team with internal and external audit activities. Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and auditors where required. Contribute to the ongoing improvement and standardisation of quality processes and documentation. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all quality activities.
Support other Quality Compliance activities as required. Candidate Requirements Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. A methodical and organised approach to documentation and follow-up. Strong communication skills, with the confidence to communicate with colleagues across different departments. The ability to identify issues, ask questions and escalate concerns where appropriate. A willingness to learn and develop knowledge of quality systems, standards and processes.
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
Desirable Experience within a quality, compliance or manufacturing environment.
Experience with in aerospace, defence or precision engineering. Awareness of AS9100, AS9120, ISO
9001 or AS9102.
