Aveda Account Manager - Boots Plymouth Drake Circus 22.5 Hours

Responsibilities- Reflect a credible and professional brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times.
- Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards.
- Contribute to efficiencies by adhering to store, brand, and company procedures and guidelines.
- Understand daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain awareness of all additional sales avenues such as eventing, omni‑channel, and digital channels.
- Stay up‑to‑date with competitor activities and missed opportunities.
- Leverage social media to drive business, protect, and enhance the brand image.
- Deliver the brand strategy by implementing an effective local plan.
- Plan and implement local marketing and event initiatives aligned to retailer activity.
- Deliver excellence in service execution, continuously improving service levels to achieve zero consumer complaints and a surprise‑and‑delight culture.
- Serve as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring brand values are represented and brought to life.
- Handle all refunds and complaints in line with company guidelines, consulting the area manager when appropriate.
- Use digital tools to keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
- Deliver a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal customer base.
- Develop up‑to‑date product knowledge to deliver an industry‑leading experience meeting consumer needs.
- Plan to ensure the delivery of excellent standards at all times (product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, pricing).
- Conduct daily review of retail standards, ensuring they meet required levels.
- Ensure deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration are completed within agreed company time frames.
- Action auditable processes and administration per company guidelines, correcting highlighted risk areas.
- Fulfil all information requests accurately within deadlines.
- Minimise stock loss by correctly implementing company security policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for consumers, adhering to company and retailer policies.
- Ensure all health and safety responsibilities and operational activities achieve at least an ‘Acceptable’ grading during audits.
- Manage daily replenishment, taking appropriate action when necessary.
- Maximise sales performance by utilising all commercial reports before making decisions.
- Plan and deliver visual merchandising layout, ensuring it meets guidelines and time frames.
- Identify stock package issues and take corrective action, informing the area manager when out of direct control.
- Manage all promotions and discounts in line with company guidelines.
- Identify trends and suggest enhancements to product performance.
- Experience in a fast‑paced retail and/or consumer‑facing environment.
- A clear ability to drive self‑development.
- Commercial understanding and awareness of the industry.
- Effective communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
