Senior Store Assistant - Keyholder

Senior Store Assistant (keyholder) – Plymouth Estover – 20 hours per week Local candidates who can easily commute to the store are required. Stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM; early starts and late finishes are expected.

• Help customers find what they need as the friendly face of Toolstation.
• Complete deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves; work in varying weather conditions.
• Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; manage keyholder duties.
• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Provide outstanding service, chat with customers, and maintain efficiency during busy times.
• Ask the right questions to understand customers' projects and offer suitable solutions.
• Sell the benefits of Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up.
• Open and close the store, assign daily tasks to the team, and provide short‑term supervisory cover when needed.
