Showroom Consultant (20 hours - Part time) – Plymouth – Plumb Centre

Salary: £13,347 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We are Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, a specialist trade merchant across the UK and Ireland. We provide opportunities to develop skills and build careers through our award‑winning Wolseley Talent Guild.

• Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products to suit their requirements.
• Design showroom using CAD system.
• Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach and delivering outstanding service.
• Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom.
• Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way.

20 hours per week, part‑time, permanent role. Work pattern can be discussed ry other Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm is paid as overtime.

• Previous experience in the industry or showroom environment is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service.
• Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features and matching products to customer needs.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Basic computer literacy.
