Boux Avenue is seeking a Deputy Manager to drive sales, coach the team and uphold the Boux Avenue brand standard in-store. You will support the Store Manager with recruitment, development and day-to-day operations to ensure excellent customer service and strong store performance.
You will lead by example, maintain stock and loss prevention controls, and actively promote promotions and loyalty schemes to customers. A passion for the brand and team leadership are essential.
