Wenzel’s The Bakers Shop Supervisor role is to lead a small team, prepare fresh sandwiches and other products, and deliver excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.
You will supervise daily shop operations, assist the Shop Manager, control costs, and drive sales to build a loyal customer base while upholding high hygiene and food safety standards. Training and progression opportunities are provided.
