GO Outdoors LTD is seeking a Department Manager to drive your department's performance in our store. You will lead from the front, motivate the team, and work with the Store Manager to deliver strong sales and excellent customer service on the shop floor.
You will own your department, ensure high presentation standards, coach colleagues, interpret KPI data to guide daily decisions, and maintain GO Outdoors' standards of value, service, and operational excellence.
