As an Optical Assistant, you'll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

Our business Specsavers North Street is a busy, customer-focused optical store dedicated to providing high-quality eyecare and excellent customer service. The store offers comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens services, spectacle dispensing and fitting, alongside professional advice and aftercare. The team is committed to delivering a friendly, welcoming experience and ensuring every customer receives the highest standard of care. Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment Experience in optics or Audiology business Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
