Supervisor - Northcote Road

We're on the look out for an enthusiastic, confident and experienced Supervisor to work at our store on lovely Northcote Road in Battersea.

This 20 hour a week role involves working at the weekend and during the week so flexibility is essential. There are also opportunities to pick up additional shifts at our other stores.

Full training will be provided instore so this is a great opportunity to develop your retail skills.

You’ll work collaboratively with your management team to ensure that everyone who shops at Postmark has a great experience instore. Leading by example on the shop floor you’ll help and inspiring your teammates to deliver top notch customer service and ensure your shop is always looking it’s best.

You’ll deputise for your manager and/or assistant manager whenever is needed, helping them to run your shop as effectively and smoothly as possible. You’ll have a keen commercial understanding and support your management team in stock control, sales promotion

Daily tasks will include

• Greeting and serving customers
• Rotating new stock and ensuring bestsellers are always represented on the shop floor
• Supporting and training new Sales Assistants
• Working with management team on stock control
• Running Weekly Reports
• Supporting management with deliveries and stockroom maintenance
• Responsible for daily jobs sheet completion
