Blue Cross is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Thirsk to join our charity retail team. The role is permanent part-time (14 hours over 2 days), with a salary of £9,325 per year (£23,311 FTE). You will work with the Shop Manager to drive sales, manage volunteers and deliver excellent customer service.
You’ll engage with the local community, source donations, and lead merchandising to support our mission of caring for sick, injured and homeless pets. Flexibility across opening hours is required.
