Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes work that keeps our store running smoothly. You’ll manage stock flow, assist with deliveries, and ensure the shop floor remains full, clean, and ready for customers, all while moving quickly and accurately.
You’ll be comfortable using digital tools to track deliveries, manage stock, and collaborate with colleagues across the store in a fast-paced, retail environment.
