Part-Time Mystery Shopper – Retail Audits
Serve Legal are recruiting mystery shoppers to perform audits at a range of sites across the UK and Ireland. Auditors will make a specific purchase and report back on the customer experience, focusing on service standards and overall experience.
This is a part-time, self-employed role with payment per completed audit. Approved purchases are reimbursed as per the assignment brief, and auditors are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance contributions.
