Position: Hire and Sales Administrator

The role:

Hire and Sales Coordinator

  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent
  • Plymouth depot
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all hire and sales quotes and orders in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with customers and maximise sale opportunities wherever possible
  • Liaise with depot staff to ensure all hire and sales orders/collections are fulfilled efficiently and customers are satisfied with our service
  • Ensure stock levels remain repleted to continue to meet customer demand.
  • Efficiently resolve any customer queries and issues as they arise, liaising with the Depot Manager where necessary.
  • Accurately update the customer database in line with company requirements following a call
About you:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Organised with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong digital literacy
  • Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
