About the Role

At Mulberry, our Sales Assistants are called “Experience Experts”. You will create memorable experiences for our customers, using product knowledge and storytelling to customise each encounter and nurture long‑lasting relationships. You will be open to learning and developing yourself, striving to become an expert and to contribute to our “Back to the Mulberry Spirit” strategy.

• Create a welcoming and fun environment for customers and team.

• Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in‑store CRM tools.

• Competitive basic salary: £15.84 an hour
