As a
** Sales Assistant
** based in
** Plymouth
* * you’ll be responsible for:
* Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
* Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
* When required serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am to 5.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, working 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.
