Pareto is recruiting a Trainee Account Manager in the UK. The role offers a competitive base salary of £28k and a Y1 OTE of £28k, with strong training and a clear path for progression into senior roles and beyond.
You will support senior account managers, prospect for new clients, build relationships, and develop solutions tailored to client needs. After 9–12 months you’ll begin face-to-face client engagements and take on broader responsibilities.
