We sell our brands on the biggest UK websites including Next, Very, ASOS, Matalan, Freemans & Debenhams, alongside international websites such as Zalando & Amazon. This role is all about maximising the sales across these platforms. You will need excellent attention to detail and a tenacity to keep driving sales. An aptitude for writing and grammar will also be required. You must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
An interest in fashion alongside previous experience of working in an online sales focused role would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Responsible for efficiently loading products to each marketplace and meeting product deadlines.
- Ensuring all product information is up to date including price and key product details in line with each marketplace’s requirements
- Ensure all products are attributed with key item specifics to optimise product search visibility.
- Ensure all up to date imagery is assigned to all products.
- Ensure correct category and sub-category classification is selected to improve relevancy of customer reach.
- Meticulously check products are live on all available markets, maintaining product parity reporting and resolve non-live items immediately.
- Research competitor activity to make sure we are producing best in class optimised data enrichment.
- Weekly production of performance reporting and analysis
- Raise any marketplace issues and suggest changes to ways of working to improve efficiency.
- Support all marketplace activities and new initiatives to optimise content and increase brand visibility and sales performance.
