Worthland is seeking a Senior Institutional BD Lead to own the global institutional sales motion and drive scalable growth. This leadership-track role will manage a team of 5–6 BD professionals or scale into that quickly, reporting to senior commercial leadership and coordinating with Trading, Product, and Compliance to convert pipeline into AUM and trading volume.
