Hales Group is recruiting an Operations and Sales Coordinator for a maternity cover role in Bury St Edmunds. The position involves supporting daily operations, assisting the MD, and delivering excellent customer service within a small but growing team.
You will manage enquiries, maintain the CRM, handle sales pipeline activities, and coordinate communications between customers, suppliers and the manufacturing team. Flexible hybrid work is available after training.
