Gresham is seeking a Global Account Manager (London) to own and grow a 26-account Prime EDM portfolio across the UK and EMEA. You will be the primary commercial contact for renewals, expansions and escalation, partnering with Product, Professional Services and Customer Success to deliver measurable value and strong client partnerships.
You will lead account growth plans, negotiate renewals, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data while reporting portfolio health to the CEO.
