EMS Limited in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a parts department advisor to handle incoming and outgoing telephone enquiries, promote parts sales, and assist customers on the trade counter. You will work with suppliers to maintain stock levels and support the branch to hit KPI targets.
You will liaise with the branch team to achieve sales, margins and delivery targets, perform stock transfers, and ensure high standards of customer service and safety.
