Partner Development Manager EMEA)

This is a hands-on role for a proactive and independent builder. We are not looking for a manager, but for a "doer" who will take ownership of our partner channel.

Your key objective:
Build a thriving ecosystem of 100 active, revenue-generating partners within the first year.

• Drive the full partner lifecycle:
  You will independently identify, recruit, onboard, and develop strategic partners (SIs, Consultancies, ISVs).
• Execute for results:
  Create and implement joint go-to-market plans that generate a significant sales pipeline.
• Lead by example:
  Maintain exceptional operational discipline in managing your activities, pipeline, and reporting, setting a standard of efficiency for partners.
• Be a true partner:
  Serve as the primary contact and trusted advocate for your partners within www.connectiveone.io.

• Is a proactive self-starter:
  You thrive on autonomy and have a proven ability to build things from scratch with minimal supervision.

• Is an experienced professional:
  You have 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partner management, ideally in the SaaS, AI, or Cloud industries.
• Is operationally excellent:

• Has flawless English communication skills.
