At Plymouth Community Homes, we're passionate about helping people access quality homes and thrive within their communities. We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our Development Team and support customers throughout their home-buying journey.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in;

Ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Providing administrative support to the Sales Team
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers and sales enquiries
• Arranging property viewings and maintaining customer communication
• Supporting sales progression and completion activities
• Maintaining accurate sales records and reports
• Assisting with sales events, marketing activities and customer surveys
• Delivering excellent customer service across a range of communication channels

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in housing, property, sales administration or a similar customer-focused role is desirable, but we're equally interested in candidates with transferable skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
