The Role
You will be responsible for providing world-class customer service and delivering an outstanding experience to every customer who visits the skincare brand in store. You will demonstrate outstanding product knowledge and truly represent the brand values in every interaction. Through building quality customer relationships and in store partnerships, you will help the brand achieve business goals.
Key Duties- Building total business sales through achieving daily sales goals.
- Providing outstanding education & service to the customer.
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular contact and follow up whilst continuing to build a clientele book.
- Working effectively with other team members to achieve brand goals
- Participate in and work at all retailer and brand events to achieve goals
- Training store colleagues
- Build collaborative partnerships with management and relevant departments.
- Identify and activate opportunities to build sales.
Candidates must have a proven track record in achieving sales goals, a record of building a loyal clientele and ability to demonstrate skincare products on clients. The successful candidate will be independent and self-motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be driven and available to work weekends.
In addition, you will also:
- Be well organised.
- Have a calm and confident personality and be flexible enough to cope with a fast paced environment.
- Be solution focused and a true team player able to form collaborative relationships with colleagues.
- Have a genuine interest in all things beauty and retail.
- 3+ years of retail sales experience in luxury skincare is required
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification is preferred
